 My Consultation calls are centred around looking at the root cause of your symptoms and building healthy habits to help you feel healthy and more energised. I believe there are 4 key Pillars of wellbeing, Sleep, Food, Movement and Self care, underpinned by your how think and feel about yourself (mindset).

Sleep

Do you wake up feeling tired every morning and drag yourself out of bed or maybe you struggle to get to sleep at night. There are several factors that can impact sleep, we will take a look at your current lifestyle and routines and see where we can tweak and build some healthy habits to ensure a restful and restorative nights sleep.

Movement

Do you want to build more exercise into your life but just don’t seem to able to find the time? Or maybe you exercise regularly but feel tired all the time and don’t seem to be able to achieve your goals? We can look at what types of exercise you are doing, when and exactly how it makes you feel so you can come up with a realistic movement plan that works for you and your lifestyle. 

FOOD

Struggling to know what to eat with all the conflicting advice and diet culture? We will tap into your thoughts and behaviours around food as well as look at the things that could be causing energy slumps in the day and some of they key foods to help build a healthy gut to support your overall wellbeing.

Self care

Finding it hard to prioritise time for yourself, do other commitments around work and family life always come first? Self Care is often at the bottom of the list but it is an essential part of our wellbeing. We will look at what self care really means for you, how you build into your routine so you start to see the benefits quickly so you won’t want to stop.

A pre-call deep dive questionnaire to fill out so I know exactly what you want to focus on and where your current challenges are.

A pre-call food and symptom diary so we can use this in our consultation to try and look at the root cause of any issues.

E

A recording of the session so you can go back over the points we discussed and actions at any point

E

One 60 minute coaching session where we go through your challenges and what is stopping you from achieving your wellbeing goals.

Clear action plan, along with notes and resources for you to work through after the call

Once I book, what happens next:

  • We will jump on a 30 minute call to discuss your health goals and challenges so I can find out a bit more about and make sure I can help you. 
  • If at the end of the discovery call want to go ahead you will be invited to join my client portal and will receive a questionnaire to do a deep dive into your areas of focus so we can get the most out of our call. 
  • We will have our call together to unpick your challenges and come up with some clear actions to help you address your concerns and achieve your goals. 
  • After the session I will have access to the recording of our session as well as a copy of the notes and an action plan so you can get working on it straight away
  • I will also send you resources that I think would be helpful for you to achieve your goals

What is Health & Wellbeing Coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients reach their wellness goals and feel their best through personalised, one – on – one encouragement around finding the foods and lifestyle practices that work best for them. 

What if I cannot attend my Consultation call?

I totally understand that urgent things come up so I am more than happy to reschedule the call but I just ask that you give 48 hours notice so I can free up the time for another client
