I’d say the biggest learn for me from working with Sarah is to trust the process! I honestly didn’t think I could be doing anymore than I already was doing and Sarah identified very quickly the areas I could work on (namely gut health and stress management) After my blood work showed some areas for improvement, Sarah recommended some supplements and in all honestly, I was sceptical as to how much difference they could make. I’d never had any trouble with IBS and am very physically fit so I truly believed I was in the best shape possible to fall pregnant. After a week of taking the supplements, I spoke to Sarah and she was incredibly reassuring and recognised immediately that I was frustrated that I hadn’t suddenly fallen pregnant 😂 She reiterated that it would take a few weeks for a significant change to happen and she was absolutely right. I was (and still am) so surprised at how much of a positive impact the supplements and stress management techniques I introduced into my days had. I felt more energetic, more upbeat, my bloating had reduced hugely (I didn’t even realise how bloated I was getting!) and crucially for me I felt more in control. I would urge anyone considering working with Sarah as a fertility coach to go for it. I had no idea what to expect and I’m so so pleased I went for it. Sarah is extremely empathetic, professional, supportive and human in her approach whilst being very knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you Sarah!

I reached out to Sarah as I have been trying to conceive for a while with 3 early losses . I’d just had some private blood testing which highlighted areas I needed to improve such as high cholesterol and inflammation and I wanted a natural approach as I believed lifestyle changes were the changes I needed. I was in a place where I was at my wits end taking lots of supplements and trying the next thing Dr Google suggested.
Sarah really helped me by reviewing my blood results and over my time with her making gradual changes. The first relief was reviewing my supplements and them being tailored to me so I was no longer taking random things. We made adjustments to diet including healthy foods focusing on my problem areas and included all things I liked which were easy to implement. We developed a better bedtime routine reading before bed and reducing screen time. Cutting my consumption of takeaways and diet sodas but not giving them up entirely as well as castor oil packs and herbal teas for self care. Sarah has also given me useful advice on using more friendly cleaning, beauty and kitchenware.
I learnt through Sarah that I didn’t need to be doing millions of things small impactful changes consistently is enough not perfection. My health has improved I am not bloated, I feel energised, I regularly get the sleep I need, I don’t spot between cycles and most importantly I don’t feel stressed out anymore I feel in control of my journey and I have lost some weight which is a bonus by product of focusing on my health.
If you are thinking of working with Sarah and are open minded to a holistic approach to fertility like I am then do it. Sarah is friendly, non judgemental and can really help get a plan in place which is managable and affordable and tailored to your needs.

I started working with Sarah to get myself IVF ready. I have had a year of trying without success and my partner and I decided to go down the IVF route. I decided to work with Sarah because she was low key and practical in her stories. During our time together she has been fun, no judgement and compassionate. We have discussed some cringey topics and some deep personal issues. I hadn’t really notice the amount of changes we have made, until thinking about it now. I haven’t felt deprived at all, as it is all about adding in rather than taking away. My period is better, my thyroid levels are improved, my bowel movements are still a work in progress but I now know how to combat the issues I have. I’d recommend working with Sarah

Sarah has been a wonderful supporter over these past 12 weeks. Guiding me through a tailored habit and nutrition program that specifically targeted my personal struggles and issues. I started to see results half way through our working process that shocked me such as pain free periods which I never thought possible. Would highly recommend any women use Sarah for one to one support, she is extremely knowledgeable and understanding.

Sarah has been absolutely amazing. She worked with me to help me get the most out of my “Zoe” data initially and then she worked on a tailored plan to help me focus on particular elements of my diet and exercise.

I think there is so much information available and so many different diets etc it has been invaluable to have Sarah help me to cut through the noise and work out what will actually benefit me as an individual.

I started my sessions with Sarah as I was feeling a bit lost after having my first son. I was struggling with nutrition and finding myself again. I really wanted to set a good example for my son on eating healthier and making good choices. Sarah gave me some great recipes to try and recommend books and websites where I could find new recipes to try. It was great to start to think differently about food and how to incorporate different fruits and vegetables into my diet. Even now years later I still think about making sure I have different fruits and vegetables a day and having a variety of colours in my diet! 

A few of my biggest takeaways are not feeling guilty about not always being healthy – I would always make myself feel bad if I had something I felt I shouldn’t. Working with Sarah made me realise that chocolate and takeaways as an example are not always bad, have them in moderation but have them and not feel guilty about it! Building in a healthier lifestyle as a whole is what is important and as long as I also had healthy meals the treats here and there are more than fine! 

Also, carving out time for me and setting a great example for my family. Knowing it was ok to spend time on myself and this is something I still do now! 

I can’t recommend Sarah enough, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and really does listen to what you need. She’s challenging but sympathetic and supportive!

Having spent years trying to follow unrealistic and unsustainable diets, Sarah’s approach was positive and refreshing. This wellbeing workshop was an amazing way to spend my Sunday! And in such a beautiful venue with some lovely people!

Yoga is something that has never really appealed to me, but I really feel like it took away so much stress I had been carrying around with me – I walked away feeling so calm.

I really loved Sarah’s talk on nutrition. For years I have had a love/hate relationship with food. Never really knowing how it can impact you in so many ways. It helped me understand that food isn’t just a thing you need to think about when you want to lose weight, but that it can impact your mental health, helping with sleep and dealing with stress.

For me, the biggest thing I took away from this was that the goals I set for myself shouldn’t just be the ‘quick fixes’… they should be lifestyle changes that will help increase my energy, my mood, and especially my gut health.

I have recently been diagnosed with a stomach ulcer and thanks to this session, I feel like more so than ever, I need to really look after what I put in to my body. And I’m definitely better equipped with the knowledge to do this!
